The herbs I share with you here are used to cleanse and purify spaces in our environment and our inner space clearing the mind and opening the heart.
They shift our consciousness, and are part of our practice of innately working with the herbs and feeding the Spirits of the Earth, nourishing us within and without.
The blessing herbs that I gather for these smudges are: ROSEMARY, SAGE, MUGWORT, WORMWOOD, LAVENDER and CEDAR. They are all available from my direct environment and are more sustainable as they grow abundantly in the lands around me here in the UK so this allows me to work with the plants more ethically.
None will ever really be the same. Since they are mostly mixed, feel free to send me a message if there are certain herbs you would prefer to work with for example if you only want a mugwort bundle or if you only want rosemary and lavender.
