Description
A delicious Rose Electuary - which is a sweet paste of raw honey and powdered herbs. This herbal honey is made from local raw Pennine wildflower honey and gives a balanced taste of floral notes along with the tangy element of hibiscus. It also has a very nerve calming element from the kava root.
How to use:
Add a teaspoon to just heated milk of your choice…I really love this with raw milk)
You can whizz it in the blender to make it frothy or you can blitz it with a stick mixer. My favourite is using the stick mixer from tea pigs. You can also add it over yogurt or even spread it on toast or a scone or add it over pancakes or add to a smoothie or… eat it from the spoon
