An adaptation of the Kalm Mamma herbal tea blend with some added adaptogenic Ashwaganda root powder.
What is an Electuary:
Essentially it is a sweet herbal paste mostly made from honey and powered herbs of choice. It is said that the honey absorbs the properties of the plants very effectively and thus making it more palatable too to ingest beneficial plants for herbal support. In this case we have taken our Raw honey and mixed in a selection of plant powders.
How to use
Add a teaspoon to just heated milk of your choice. You can whizz it in the blender to make it frothy or you can blitz it with a stick mixer. Our favourite is using the little matcha stick mixer from tea pigs. You can also add it over yogurt or even spread it on toast or a scone or add it over pancakes or add to a smoothie or… eat it from the spoon.
